- I am a youth development specialist and social worker so although I do not have my own family yet, It is my belief that family should be first and all youth should have high quality experiences.

- There is a behavior behind every need. Generally children do not act out just to make our lives miserable. Take some time to identify what the need might be behind the behavior that they are displaying. For example, a child who seems lazy because they sleep all of the time may be experiencing a nutritional deficiency.
